Instructions for use

This module is an adjustable step-down module, which can change the output voltage by adjusting the voltage potentiometer. The voltage difference between input and output is 2V. The modules marked IN- (input negative), IN+ (input positive), OUT- (output negative), and OUT+ (output positive) must be connected correctly, otherwise the module may be damaged.

1. How to charge the battery:

① Determine the float voltage and charging current of the battery you need to charge, and the input voltage of the module;

②Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to about 5V;

③Measure the output short-circuit current with the 10A current gear of the multimeter, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined charging current value:

④ The default delivery of the charging turn light power supply is 0.1 times the charging current (constant current value). If you need to adjust, please adjust the turn light current potentiometer; (generally do not need to be adjusted)

⑤Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the floating voltage;

⑥Connect the battery and try charging.

(Steps 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are for the module input to connect to the power supply, and the output no-load to not connect to the battery)

2. How to use LED constant current drive:

① Determine the working current and maximum working voltage you need to drive the LED;

②Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to about 5V.

③ Measure the output short-circuit current with the 10A current range of the multimeter, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined LED working current;

④Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the LED working voltage;

⑤Connect the LED and test the machine.

(Steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 are for the module input to connect to the power supply, and the output no-load does not connect to the LED light)

1. The positive and negative poles of the input and output terminals cannot be reversed, otherwise the module will be damaged;

2. This is a step-down module, the input voltage is higher than the output voltage and cannot be boosted;

3. The conversion efficiency is related to the voltage difference and current of the input and output voltage;

4. If the output current is more than 2.5A or the output power is more than 10W, and work for a long time, please strengthen the heat dissipation.
