Structural performance:

The molar push consists of seven parts: a fixed bracket, a push spring, a sliding needle, a sliding bracket, a traction ball, and a buccal tube

Instructions:

1. Weld the buccal tube on the molar band ring

2. Glue the bicuspid teeth with a joint palate support and buccal and face tube band ring (applicable to push the numb tooth backward)

3. Weld the palate on the molar band ring (suitable for pushing the molar forward)

4. Glue the molar band ring to the molar

5. Glue the band ring with the buccal tube on the incisor (suitable for pushing the molar forward)

6. Cut off the end of the sliding outer, and polish it smoothly, try to insert the molars and push to check the position

7. Pass 2 ligature wires in the buccal tube with bicuspid teeth or incisors, and 1 ligature wire (main ligature wire) through

8. Compress the spring in the hole of the traction ball, tighten the knot by 1/2~1/3, and the other ligature wire goes around the traction ball and knots loosely (safety ligature wire)

9. Cut the end of the ligature wire about 3MM, and fold the end under the sliding rod

10. Bend the end of the sliding needle like the palatal side (it is better not to stimulate the cheek tissue)

11. After assembling, observing from the front, the molar push should be consistent with the arch of the dental arch
