3. Tracking information of your parcel is available. 

4. Returns could be accepted within 7 days after receipt of the item. 

5. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Claims

1.  Within 7 days from the date received, if there’s any quality problem, buyer can return for refund or exchange.

2.  Within 7 days -15 days from the date received, if there’s any quality problem, buyer can return for exchange new item.

3.  The item which need to return or change, must ensure that its appearance is not broken, with complete accessories, packaging intact.
