1. Product overview;
AHT21, a new generation of temperature and humidity sensors, establishes a new standard in size and intelligence: it is embedded in a double-row flat leadless DFN package suitable for reflow welding, with a base of 3x3mm and a height of 0.8mm.The sensor outputs a calibrated digital signal in standard I C format.
AHT21 is equipped with a new design of ASIC chips, an improved semiconductor capacitive humidity sensor and a standard on the piece of temperature sensing element, its performance has been greatly ascend beyond even the reliability level of the previous generation of sensors, a new generation of temperature and humidity sensor, the improved to make it more stable performance in harsh environments.
