Operation setting teaching method:
*Before performing teaching settings, first confirm the color mark mode or color mode settings.
The "COLOR" green indicator light is always on for color mode, and when it is off, it is for color code mode.
*Two-point teaching setting method
①Press the "ON" button for the light projected by the sensor to the color to be measured, and the "GOOD" green indicator light flashes.
②Press the "OFF" button for the light projected by the sensor against the background color.
③When the threshold set between steps ① and ② can be detected stably, the "GOOD" green indicator light is always on, indicating that the detection can be started normally.
When the threshold value set between steps ① and ② cannot be detected stably, the "ERR" red indicator flashes for 3 seconds and then returns to the last setting state.
*Threshold difference adjustment
①Press the "ON" button for more than 5 seconds until the ERR, GOOD and COLOR indicators flash at the same time.
②Press the "OFF" button to adjust the return difference.
*Exit threshold adjustment
In the case of threshold hysteresis adjustment, press the "ON" button for more than 5 seconds until the ERR, COOD, COLOR three indicators stop flashing and keep on, that is, exit the threshold hysteresis adjustment
