About Shipment:
how to know whether this battery can install inside my bike?
1. Please measure your old battery's size firstly, if size is almost same, then check the apperance, charging port position,If same as ours, then can install.
2.Please make sure you order a same voltage's battery as your bike motor. please make sure your motor power watt is within our suggestion working motor watt range.
3.If your old battery is not almost same dimension as our , please consult with us to check other models.
▶For DDP serive, the tracking information will be updated once it finishes customs clearance. Please don't worry and wait more days if you can't track it.

Do not short-circuit the battery by directly connecting the positive and negative terminals with metal objects.
Do not transport or store the battery together with metal objects such as hairpins, collars, etc.
Do not directly solder the battery and drill the battery with a nail or other sharp objects.
You must use a qualified charger for the battery, also when charging the battery, you must have an adult nearby.
To be safe, children can not use this battery.
