Description

DPF simulator designed for Toyota vehicles with following engines:

3.0L - 1KD-FTV

2.5L - 2KD-FTV

2.4L - 1GD-FTV

2.8L - 2GD-FTV

These engines with DPF filter is used in Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado, Hiace, Hilux, Fortuner and others.

This device is designed as a solution for the cars with broke or clogged DPF FAP filter, DTC P2002 DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER (DPF) EFFICIENCY BELOW THRESHOLD

It simulates new fitted Diesel Particulate Filter.

Simulator should be connected to engine ECU by several wires.

*For use outside public roads and/or in motorsport according to the local laws.

*** NEW *** No need to block fuel line for fuel additive injector.

Disconnection and blocking of fuel line for fuel additive injector sometimes is complicated and there is risk to damage the high pressure pump.

Using this version of an emulator, there is no need to block fuel line. It will ensure faster and safer installation.

*** NEW *** Communication Data line connection ECU<>Emulator (CAN -BUS)

Despite the fact that installed emulator, engine ECU calculates theoretical filter deterioration. When certain value is reached, engine warning lights are on and DTC P2002 is set again.Then appropriate actions should be taken using scan tool. Using this version of emulator there is no more such problems, because emulator itself monitors certain parameters and filter deterioration value in engine ECU and takes appropriate actions when needed automatically.
