Explanation:

4. Interface board wiring: 1.5m for 3*1.5mm input cable and 2m for 4mm output cable (1m for red line and blue line). Suitable for friends who have no cables in their hands.
 
5,48-58V: This is a 48-58V non-adjustable voltage. It is changed to the default output voltage by software. It does not move the internal circuit of the power supply and is stable. Can only choose a voltage between 48V-58V, we will send it after the change, not manually adjustable.

Functions and Characteristics of Emerson R48-3000E3
 
1. Emerson R48-3000E3 Hot Swap
 
Emerson R48-3000E3 rectifier module adopts hot swap technology. In a live power system, inserting or pulling out the rectifier module will not cause sparks or damage terminals. The replacement time of the rectifier module is less than 1 minute, and the impulse current is less than 1.5 times of the rated input steady-state peak current.
 
When the module is inserted into the system, the output voltage of the system will not be disturbed.
 
2. Emerson R48-3000E3 Autonomous Current Sharing
 
The rectifier module adopts advanced digital autonomous current sharing technology, and the unbalance of current sharing is less than 3%.
 
3. Input Limited Power Control
 
The rectifier module adopts advanced power limiting control method, and its output power varies according to the change of input voltage and output voltage. When the input voltage is 176Vac~290Vac (the backlash is less than 3V), the rectifier module can output the maximum power (2900W); when the input voltage is 85Vac~176Vac, the module works normally, but will enter the limited power mode.
 
4. Output characteristics

5. Temperature limit power
 
When the ambient temperature is 45 C or below, the rectifier module can output full power.
 
The maximum output power of the rectifier module is 2320W (54V/43A) at 55 C ambient temperature.
 
The output power of the module is 1450 W at the ambient temperature of 60 C.
 
The output power of the module is 0 at 65 C.
 
6. Output Current Limiting Point Regulation
 
The rectifier module provides output current limiting function. Through the external monitoring module, the current limiting point of the rectifier module can be adjusted between 0 and 60A.
 
When the output voltage is between 42 and 58.5V, the accuracy of current limiting point adjustment is not more than (+1.5A). When the output voltage is less than 42V, the accuracy of current limiting point adjustment is not more than (+3A).
 
7. Output Voltage Regulation
 
Through the external monitoring module, the output voltage of the rectifier module can be adjusted between 42 and 58.5V, and the adjustment accuracy is (+0.1V).
 
8. Fan control
 
When the input voltage of the rectifier module is within the normal range, the fan speed increases with the increase of the temperature inside the rectifier module. When the internal temperature is higher than 40 C, the fan turns full. When AC input is too high or too low, the fan stops running.
 
9. Input over/under voltage protection
 
When the input voltage is less than 85Vac or greater than 290Vac, the yellow indicator lights up, and the rectifier module will stop working. When the protection event occurs, the rectifier module will report to the monitoring module, and the monitoring module will process the alarm.
 
10. Output Overvoltage Protection
 
The rectifier module has output over-voltage hardware protection and output over-voltage software protection. The hardware over-voltage protection point is between 58.5V and 60V. After the hardware over-voltage protection, manual intervention is needed to start. Software protection points can be set up by monitoring module, ranging from 56 to 59V, which requires more than 0.5V higher than the output voltage, and the default value is 59V.
 
Software overvoltage protection mode can be selected by monitoring module:
 
1) One-time Overvoltage Lock-up Mode
 
When the software overvoltage occurs in the rectifier module and the rectifier module is shut down and maintained, manual intervention is needed to recover.
 
2) Second Overvoltage Locking Mode
 
After the software protection of the rectifier module, the power is restarted within 5 seconds after shutdown. If the second overvoltage occurs within the set time (default is 5 minutes, which can be set by the monitoring module), the rectifier module will be shut down and maintained, requiring manual intervention to boot. If the output current of the rectifier module is less than 5A, the rectifier module will not shut down.
 
Manual intervention method: the rectifier module can be reset by monitoring module, or can be reset by disconnecting the rectifier module from the power system.
 
11. Overtemperature protection
 
When the inlet of rectifier module is blocked, the ambient temperature is too high or the fan fails, the output power of rectifier module falls to 50% of the rated value when the internal temperature exceeds 85 C. When the internal temperature of the rectifier module reaches 90 C, the yellow indicator light of the panel will be on, and the rectifier module will stop working.
 
When overtemperature protection occurs, alarm signals are reported on the rectifier module and processed accordingly to the monitoring module. When the temperature inside the rectifier module returns to normal (the backlash is greater than 10 C), the rectifier module will automatically resume operation and the overtemperature alarm will disappear.
 
12. PFC overvoltage/undervoltage
 
When the internal bus voltage exceeds the over/under voltage protection point, the rectifier module will stop working and the yellow indicator will be on.
 
13. Communication failure
 
After the communication failure of the rectifier module, the yellow indicator of the panel flashes. Fault information will be reported to the monitoring module. In order to protect the battery, the output voltage of the rectifier module changes to 53.5V when communication failure occurs (default value can be set by the monitoring module). When the communication returns to normal, the rectifier module automatically returns to normal operation.
 
14. Fan Fault Protection
 
When the fan fails, the rectifier module will generate a fan fault alarm, the red indicator on the panel flashes, and the rectifier module stops output. After the fault is eliminated, the normal work can be automatically restored.
 
15. Emerson R48-3000E3 output current imbalance
 
When multiple rectifier modules are used in parallel in power system, the module with large current sharing error can automatically identify and light the yellow indicator on its panel.
 
After the fault event occurs, the alarm signal is reported to the monitoring module on the rectifier module for corresponding processing.
