1.Shipping address (1) Please make sure to leave a correct shipping address in your order, ZIP  code and phone number  (2) If you are Russian Federation’s buyer, please leave your full name in your order; (3) If you are Brazil’s buyer, please leave your CPF number (cadastro de pessoa fisica) 2. Delivery time

(1) Commercial Express (EMS/DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT): 3~15 working days; (2) East Asia, southeast Asia countries time is about 10~30 days,      European countries ,North America, South America about 25~60days,        Brazil about 35-90days.      remote areas for longer time. MAKE SURE CAN BE CONTACTED AT THAT TIME.if there is no receiver the parcel will be return to us

 3. Import duties, taxes and charges or VAT

Buyer undertakes any customs duties or import taxes or VAT incurred in your countries in any circumstances. Our seller cannot estimate and do not undertake any customs clearance or import taxes happened in your country, because different countries have their own customs policy. We seller cannot control it. If you refuse to sign for receipt of the order due to import tax or other reason, we seller will not return order paid money back to you. So please consider this issue carefully before making your order. Of course, we will try our best to help your parcel to smooth customs.

4. Warranty and Guarantee

(1) If you are not satisfied with your received item or the received item is defective or broken,

please contact us and send some pictures  before a dispute or return to us ,we will send new one or part refund ,if the item need to bereturn to us ,please send the return tracking number after received the item 5days

(2) If the item is considered to has been used or damaged by youself, we will not accept replacement and refund requirement.

(3) about the parcel return, if the parcel be return because of the buyer's reasons, the buyer need to pay for the shipping to return ,instead, the seller will pay for the shipping to return
