Q & A

Can the constant-current drive plate be used for TV of a certain size?

* Answer: as long as the working voltage of the lamp bar is under 80V no matter how many inches of TV, this product can light it.

* Then again, what if you can't determine the voltage of the bar?

To solve this problem we all suggest that if it is more than 26 inch models use our standard parameters: constant current 480mA, if it is less than 24 inch reduce the current to half, that is, 240mA, Here's the reality: 480mA is not meant to be suitable for all screens over 26 inches , but to choose a rough value for situations where the exact parameters cannot be determined. A ccording, to the data feedback from many users before, most of the current is appropriate, but occasionally there will be too bright and so on. At this time, the simplest way is to solve the problem by dimming the function foot. After raising the light foot VADJ, the brightness can be dimmed.

Installation Problem

It doesn't light up when it's installed?

1. Check whether the polarity of the connecting line is correct?

Whether the positive and negative LED poles are correct

2. Measure the power supply voltage to see if there is any voltage on the board. When the machine is turned on, measure if there is any voltage boost for LED+, which is generally higher than VCC voltage.

3. If there is no voltage boost, please measure whether there is voltage ON foot, the normal voltage should be about 3.3V.

4. If all the above conditions are normal. then measure the series resistance value between LED and GND in the case of power off. The normal value should be a small resistance value, less than 2 ohm.

After the verification of the above steps is normal, what remains is only possible to be the problem of the LED lamp bar.

The machine is on, but not bright enough?

First by remote control when the brightness to the brightest see effect, if is not enough light to measure PDIM feet, if the voltage by adjusting the need in other ways than 4V to low voltage, would try the legs dangling directly, if brightness can satisfy you can through the way of change the foot the low voltage to meet the brightness requirements.
