Precautions:

1. Check whether the gauge indexing number specification and power supply voltage are the same as the ordered gauge.

2. Wire correctly according to the wiring diagram.

3. For the input signal of the thermocouple, please use the compensation wire of the same material as the thermocouple wire.

4. For the thermal resistance input signal, please use the same specification and low resistance wire, and the length of the three wires should be the same as possible.

5. Pay special attention to the power input line and the sensor signal input line not to be confused and connected incorrectly, otherwise the entire instrument will burn out and be scrapped.

Can't be repaired. The output terminals cannot be short-circuited by strong currents.

6. The power line and signal line of the instrument should be separated from the high-current output line as much as possible to reduce the influence of electromagnetic radiation on the instrument.

If it is unavoidable, please try to use shielded wire for the connection of the instrument.

Simple problem repair:

After connecting the corresponding power line, sensor line and output control line according to the meter specifications, the PV window of the meter will display the measured value after power-on and the SV window will display the set value, and at the same time it will enter the automatic temperature control state.

1. If you think the indicator is abnormal, please check the sensor and wiring.

2. The display of various functions and output indications on the instrument panel are normal, and when the instrument is out of control, please check whether the output control line is connected correctly, whether the external load is short-circuited, open circuit, or wrong wiring, etc. Check whether the copper foil of the output terminal and the output protection resistor are burnt.
