Sensor introduction:

LDTO-028K is a sensor with good flexibility. It uses a 28um piezoelectric film. The silk-printed silver paste electrode film is laminated on a 0.125mm polyester substrate. The electrodes are led out by two crimp terminals. When the piezoelectric film deviates from the central axis by an external force in the vertical direction, a high strain will be generated on the film and a high voltage output will be generated. When directly acting on the product to deform it, LDTO can be used as a flexible switch, and the output generated is enough to directly trigger the MOSFET and CMOS circuit; if the component is supported by the terminal and vibrates freely, the component is like an accelerometer or a vibration sensor . Adding the mass or changing the free length of the component will affect the resonant frequency and sensitivity of the sensor, and the multi-axis response can be obtained by deviating the mass from the axis.

LDTM-028K adopts a cantilever beam structure, one end is led out by a terminal and a fixed mass block at the signal end is a vibration sensor that can produce high sensitivity at low frequencies.
