Common Problem

1. When the volume is turned up, the sound will be stuck, intermittently, and it can be played normally after the volume is turned down.

Answer:

Reason 1: due to the low power of the power supply, the total output power of this power amplifier board is 60W. When selecting the power supply, the recommended voltage is DC12V and the current is about 5A.

Reason 2: If the power supply is okay, it may be that the power of the speaker is too low. For example, if the output is 20W, but a 3W speaker is connected, and the volume is turned on, the phenomenon of freezing will occur, and the speaker may be burned out.

2. There is too much noise when playing music, or there is a bottom noise when no music is played.

Answer: The function of the power amplifier board is to amplify the signal. The main source of noise is that the radio clutter in the environment is amplified by the power amplifier board, so as long as it is the power amplifier board, there will be noise. It is recommended that the audio cable should be selected with shielding function as much as possible. It is also possible that the sound source is noisy, which is not found in normal mobile phones and MP3s.
