What are the requirements we have for a stem?

Here is the ZTTO 35 series stem and it's reliable.

3D forges the 35 series stem from 6061 aluminum. This forging process aligns the grain structure of the aluminum, giving the material strength that allows for a thin-walled final structure and smooth shaping.

One-piece Cap

Actually, we can make the stem lighter, Just need to cut the cap into two pieces. but we didn't do that. because the 4-bolt faceplate has plenty of surface area to distribute clamping force evenly across the bars, avoiding stress risers.

The steerer clamp uses two opposing bolts for high clamping power without damaging the steer tube

And it's lightweight

about 135g. As a comparison, a stem pursuing lightweight is about 80~90 grams. But it may cost ten times the price, even more. and strength is lost. so we strongly recommend NOT to lose weight with the stem too much
